Be an MSCR Volunteer!
VOLUNTEER APPLICATION
Hello and thank you for your interest in being an MSCR Volunteer! At this time, we are only accepting volunteer applications for the opportunities listed on Volunteer Opportunities page. General interest applications cannot be accommodated.
Volunteers must submit required information in a streamlined process and, depending on position, will be subject to a criminal background check.
The first step in the process is to complete your Application.
- Open the Volunteer Application page via Volunteer Tracker
- MSCR is a part of Madison Metropolitan School District so you will see that name here–you are in the right place!
- On the right side of the window, click NEW REGISTRATION
- Complete all fields (* denotes required fields)
- Select your affiliation (if any)
- EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: In the “Location #1” section, select “MSCR” from the drop down
- In the “Check all activities for which you wish to volunteer” section, select your MSCR program under the appropriate column.
- Anyone selecting “Adult Level 2” options will be directed to complete the required “Information required for criminal background check” – this is required for most opportunities.
- Check box to authorize that you have read the Volunteer Expectations.
- DOUBLE CHECK: Did you select MSCR as “Location #1” in the steps above?
- Click SUBMIT
You will be contacted by the program supervisor after your Application has been approved. If you didn’t select MSCR as Location #1 as instructed above, please choose to edit your information and do so now!
