Register Early!
Many programs fill up rapidly --  but some programs may be cancelled due to low enrollment. Please register at least two weeks prior to program start. No phone registration or reservations. Online registration is not available after a class begins. Only registered customers are allowed to participate. Paper registrations are only accepted at the MSCR Office, 3802 Regent Street.

Fee Assistance
Fee waivers are available only to MMSD residents. MSCR youth program fees may be partially or fully waived on request for persons meeting the criteria for free or reduced lunch. Eligible adults must have income at or below 185 percent of Federal Poverty Level (see chart on back of registration form). Participants are encouraged to pay a partial fee. Fee waiver requests must accompany registration form. Fee waivers are not granted after registration is processed. Complete the Request for Fee Waiver form on reverse side of registration form. Fee Waivers are non-transferable.

Residency
A resident resides at an address within the MMSD; a resident also includes a student who does not reside at an address within the MMSD, but attends school in the MMSD under the Madison School Board’s Open Enrollment Policy. Non-residents pay 50 percent more than residents except for programs/activities with a different pricing structure such as the rental/use of pontoon boats.

Cancellations
In the event of severe weather, please call 204-3044 or check out www.mscr.org for
program cancellations. MSCR may cancel programs due to low enrollment.
