Adult Basketball Official
Program Description:
MSCR Adult Basketball program is looking for officials for our MSCR Adult Basketball leagues. No experience is necessary, we will train.
Job Description & Duties:
Officiate games in the Adult Basketball leagues.
No experience is required.
New officials are welcome to apply!
We will host a new officials training for any person that is new to officiating!
- Locations La Follette High, Memorial High, West High
- Start Date 09/30/2024
- End Date 03/13/2025
- Hours a Week:
Minimum 3 games per week. Maximum 12 games per week.
- Work Hours:
Monday – Thursday, 7pm – 10pm.
- Pay Rate:
$32 per game.
- Minimum Qualifications:
Background in coaching or officiating sports in any capacity.
Basic knowledge or understanding of the game of basketball.
Courteous, tactful and patient with players and spectators.
Attentive and present during the game while making calls. - Preferred Qualifications:
Previous officiating experience is preferred but not required.
Any new officials will be required to attend MSCR New Officials Training.
WIAA certification preferred. - Other Information:
