Each CC site provides programming for approximately 70 students in grades k-5. Classrooms typically have 15-18 students that are supervised by two or more Program Leaders. Each site has a leadership team that consists of one Director and 2 Assistant Directors. Program Leaders begin their shift checking in with their supervisor and preparing for the day. The majority of the time is spent supervising a group of participants. Once students leave for the day, Program Leaders clean-up and check in with their supervisor as needed.
