You’ll never use boredom as an excuse again with the sheer number of options you have to experience the power of group energy every day of the week. We have virtual, indoor and outdoor options for all fitness levels.

Information on Classes

Information on Classes:

All classes are open to beginners and participants of all fitness levels.
Our instructors are trained to have options for all!

  • Please arrive to class on time
  • Wear clean gym shoes and comfortable clothing that allows movement
  • Bring a water bottle to class
  • Children and other non-registered guests are not permitted in the class location
  • Participants ages 14-17 must be accompanied with registered adult. Registered adult must participate in class with 14-17 year old.
  • BYOM= Bring Your Own Mat
  • Talk to your instructor about modifications or injuries
  • Please be courteous to others and avoid wearing strong scents to class
