How to Complete Registration Forms
Registration for most activities may be done online.
- Complete an MSCR Registration Form. All members of a household may register for multiple classes on one form. All fees include appropriate sales tax. Download the latest version of free Adobe® Acrobat Reader.
- Include first and second choice where applicable. If your first choice is full, we will try your second choice. If both choices are full, your fee will be returned and you are wait listed. If you have multiple classes on the form and we can’t process all of them, we issue a refund, which takes about 4 weeks.
- Make check or money order payable to MSCR. Visa and MasterCard also accepted.
- If you are mailing your registration, enclose a stamped, self-addressed envelope for your registration confirmation.

Plan Ahead for Camps 2025
Save time during camp registration by completing or updating your Camp Supplemental Information in advance. Register for course #40142 between Feb 21 and March 9 to add or update your child’s emergency contact and medical information that is required for summer camp registration.
PLEASE NOTE: Completing this process does not guarantee registration in camps. Guardians still need to register for camps on Monday, March 10 beginning at 12pm.
